  蔡坤 男,1978年8月生,江苏宿迁人,教授(2015),博士生导师(2009),兰州大学理学学士(1999),大连理工大学工学博士(2008),陕西省青年科技新星(2010),中国水利学会青年委员会委员(2012-),陕西省力学学会理事(2014-), 澳大利亚国立大学Visiting Fellow(2012.7-2013.7)。
