  曾文先,男,1962年2月出生,四川省新都人,博士,教授,博士生导师,西北农林科技大学动物科技学院教授委员会委员,西北农林科技大学学术委员会委员,陕西省特聘专家, 入选陕西省“百人计划”。

  一、学习经历

  1984年本科毕业于四川农学院,1987年硕士研究生毕业于四川农业大学。1996年10月至2001年3月在日本国立广岛大学留学,获繁殖生物学博士学位。

  二、工作及研究经历

  1987.07 ― 1991.11   助教,四川农业大学畜牧系

  1991.12 ― 1995.11   讲师,四川农业大学动物科技学院

  1995.12 ― 2009.06   副教授,四川农业大学动物科技学院

  2001.04 ― 2003.04   博士后,日本广岛大学,美国杜兰大学细胞及分子生物学系

  2003.04 ― 2009.08   博士后,特别研究员,美国宾夕法尼亚大学生殖细胞及转基因动物研究中心

  2009.09.至今    教授博士生导师,西北农林科技大学动物科技学院

  三、研究领域与研究生招生

     (一)研究领域

  1. 动物生殖细胞工程:主要研究精原干细胞的生物学特性、增殖与分化的分子机理。重点研究非编码RNA(microRNA,piRNA,long-noncoding RNA)对精原干细胞的增殖与分化的影响及其作用机理;研究DNA甲基化及组蛋白表观修饰调节精原干细胞增殖与分化的分子机理。

  2. 转基因技术:建立和完善利用精原干细胞制作转基因动物的新技术。

  3. 精液保存与人工授精:主要研究家畜精液过程中精子受到伤害的机理,优化精液保存技术。

  (二)研究生招生

  学术型研究生招生专业为动物遗传育种与繁殖专业生物技术与动物育种研究方向;动物学专业动物生物技术研究方向。专业学位硕士研究生养殖专业。目前指导学术型硕士研究生8名,专业学位硕士研究生3名,博士研究生5名。目前有招收博士后、博士与硕士研究生的计划,同时我们还有向美国宾夕法尼亚大学等著名大学选派博士后和联合培养博士生的计划。欢迎全国各地有志于精原干细胞研究的青年人加盟我们的研究团队。四、开设课程长期致力于动物繁殖学、生物技术的教学与科研工作,先后承担本科生动物繁殖学、细胞生物学、养兔学、等课程教学,为研究生讲授“博士研究生英语”、“动物繁殖理论与生物技术”、“现代动物生物技术研究专题”等课程。五、取得的研究成果和目前正在进行的科学研究工作情况(一)研究课题    

  1. 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目课题: “精子发生成熟的遗传和表观遗传调控研究”,子项目主持人;(执行时间2014-2018年)

  2. 主持教育部博士点基金项目(博导类):“甲基化修饰对猪精原干细胞的自我更新与分化的调节作用” (执行时间2014-2016年,批准号20130204110017)

  3. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目:“猪性原细胞向精原干细胞转化的分子机制及其体外长期培养体系的建立”(执行时间2010-2013年,批准号31072029)

  4. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目:“猪精原干细胞增殖与分化的表观修饰调节机理” (执行时间2013-2016年,批准号31272439)
