  孟江洪,男,1963年3月生,汉族,教授,理学博士。在美国微生物学会,美国食品科技协会,国际食品保护协会兼职。

  一、从事的主要研究方向

  食品致病菌的鉴定技术以及耐药和致病机理,主要集中在革兰氏阴性肠道菌的研究,如象大肠杆菌。

  二、工作学习简历

  1979年7月-1983年7月,四川农业大学,本科学习;

  1983年7月-1986年12月,四川农业大学兽医学工作;

  1986年12月-1992年10月,美国戴维期加州大学作博士后;

  1992年10月-1996年8月,美国乔治亚大学副教授;

  1996年8月-今,美国马里兰大学副教授、食品专业研究生主任;

  2005年7月-2009年5月,兼西北农林科技大学食品学院院长、教授。

  三、取得的研究成果和目前正在进行的科学研究工作情况

  被sci收录的学术刊物发表论文41篇,参编著作8部。

  1、开发快速检测和鉴定致病微生物的新技术 采用pcr,即时pcr(real time pcr)和molecular beacon技术检测大肠杆菌,李斯特菌和弯曲杆菌。准确率达100%。检测时间同常规方法比较,缩短了十倍以上。 开发了ram (ramification amplification)技术。极大地简化了检测过程,更加适用于食品生产过程中致病菌的快速检测。 采用pfge(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis)分型技术,提高了分辨率,有力地促进了流行病学调查,有效地预防和防止食源性疾病爆发的进一步扩散。 采用新兴的dna微阵列(dna micro array)技术检测致病菌。这项技术可以同时鉴定所有食源性致病菌。

  2、系统揭示了食源性致病菌抗药性的产生、发展及传播 细菌的抗药性是当前世界公共卫生的一大难题,直接影响到全人类的健康。抗药性的产生涉及到多种复杂因素。除了治病过程抗生素大量滥用之外,动物生产中的大量使用抗生素也是一个加速产生抗药性的重要因素。我们在研究食源性致病菌的抗药性方面做了大量工作。首先确定了多数从食用动物和动物性食品中分离出来的细菌已经产生抗菌性。有的菌株能抵抗所有临床上用来治病的抗生素,随后,我们用分子生物学手段进一步揭示了抗药机理和传播途径。这些研究发表在国际上最具影响的公共卫生刊物上,如象《新英格兰医学杂志》(new england journal of medicine),影响因子34.8。这期刊还为此发了编者案。

  3、揭示了弯曲杆菌的分子致病机理 同其他食源性肠道致病菌比较,弯曲杆菌有很多特异性。也是一种较难培养的一种细菌。我们基本明确了这种致病菌的致病过程。采用组织培养,动物模型和分子生物学手段,掌握了细菌在粘附、发育及侵入肠道表面的遗传学和分子生物学基础。这项研究为开发新的鉴定方法和预防疫苗奠定了基础。

  4、目前在研项目 检测食品中大肠杆菌的新技术,美国农业部,2002年-2005年; 鸡肉中弯曲杆菌的耐药性,美国农业部,2002年-2007年; 弯曲杆菌的耐药机理,食品药物管理局,2003年-2006年; 食品中大肠杆菌0157:h7采样及快速检测,马里兰工业协作基金,2004年-2005年; 新鲜水果和蔬菜中肠道病毒的快速检测,食品药物管理局,2004年-2007年; 多项耐药沙门氏菌的dna微阵列分析,马里兰农业实验站,2005年-2006年。
